1. I confirm that I am entering the Coaching and Leadership International Inc., (CLI), Member's Network Centre as a Licensee/Member in good standing of the CLI Member's Network.

2. I agree that I will not attempt to access or download information, materials and so on that is not automatically granted to me in accordance with my CLI level of Log In access.

3. I confirm that all information that I post in this section is true and verifiable and that I have written permission from others including clients that authorizes my use of their quotes, testimonials, success stories etc.

4. I understand that my access to the information and material contained herein is solely for my personal private use (except as stated in my CLI IP/License Agreement) and I agree that I will not duplicate or record, for distribution or resale, any CLI material, as these materials and recordings are the sole property of CLI and are protected by trademark and copyright laws.

5. I agree that when I enter this CLI Licensee Network Centre, I am doing so by my own will. I agree that all issues/topics of discussion etc are of my own personal choice. In other words, I accept complete responsibility for my own emotional, spiritual, intellectual and physical well-being at all times, during and after my participation in this Log In section of this CLI website.

6. I agree that I will uphold a high level of conduct and morality in accordance with the Laws of British Columbia including Human Rights Laws as well as the values taught and practiced at CLI.

7. I agree if I submit any ideas to CLI on how to improve this section I grant CLI permission to use and incorporate my ideas or comments into this section without compensation to myself unless otherwise agreed upon prior to implementation.

8. I understand that CLI and any third party who makes its software available in conjunction with or through the CLI Member's Network Centre disclaim any responsibility for any harm resulting from your use of the CLI Member's Network Centre and/or any third party software accessed in conjunction with or through the CLI Member's Network Centre.

9. I agree that I release and hold harmless Coaching & Leadership International Inc., all of its Licensees, agents, representatives and employees from any liability arising out of the result of accessing the CLI Member's Network Centre which I voluntarily participate in, and for any acts of ordinary negligence on the part of Coaching & Leadership International Inc., its agents, Licensees, representatives and employees.

10. I agree that these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, without giving effect to the conflict of laws of your actual province, state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.

11. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by CLI.

12. I agree that if I breach any of the conditions set forth in this license then my use of the Member's Network Centre will be suspended and my CLI License is subject to termination in accordance with my License Agreement
