As a Managing Director of various companies, I have over 30 years of multinational (U.S.A.,Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong and India) work experience and pursued all opportunities that came my way. With my multicultural exposure, I have developed a flair for various languages like Indonesian, Malaysian, Hindi and English. An ardent supporter of 'time management', I believe that 'organized time is a sign of organized mind'. With a strong work ethic and a 'never give up' approach, I am constantly seeking new challenges in my post retirement life. I humbly seek to share my knowledge and experience and have embarked on to the field of Executive Coaching. Choice of this field has strongly been dictated by the inner urge to make a difference in some one's life by selflessly offering assistance in overcoming their challenges. In this relatively new field in India, an enriching interaction with all levels corporate Executives from a diverse cross section of manufacturing and service oriented industries, fuels my drive to excel. I consciously make efforts to offer my broad and diverse experience base to equip professionals to grow and evolve as effective leaders. |

In the field of 'Leadership competency assessment and development' I have assessed, provided developmental feedback and coached Senior level executives from industries like Heavy Engineering, Construction, Pharmasceuticals, fast moving consumer products , Financial institutions, Steel, Power, Automobile ancillaries etc.
I have also coached individuals in dealing with challenges faced by them in their careers as well as financial aspects of their lives.
I endeavor to explain the difference between the CLI method and other coaching methods available in the Corporate world. By design, I choose to serve those who really think that my coaching can contribute to their efforts in making a difference in the situation they are encountering and also gives me a satisfaction of having done some thing worth while.
