When we Power Coach
® people, one on one, we ask them to make a list of their strengths. Many people have difficulty with this exercise.
Use this tool to help raise your awareness of your own significant strengths.
Celebrate them.As parents, we often have difficulty knowing how to teach our children values. Use this tool to assist your children in learning about values like respect, honesty and so on. This tool teaches them how to demonstrate these values. It assists children in raising their self-esteem. It teaches them right from wrong.
Sit beside your child as they do this exercise. You will learn a lot about them!

Purchase your paper version and keep it in a special place in your home where everyone can enjoy it. The paper version contains three ways to use The Brain Walk and includes a full instruction booklet as well as worksheets and The Brain Walk map.
You may also wish to purchase a separate deck of CLI Values Cards to keep next to your bed or the bed of your child. As you are tucking them into bed at night, have your child intuitively pull a card which is a strength value for them. After a discussion, they will fall asleep peacefully knowing in their hearts that they have many positive qualities which are valued by you the parent.
Read this first; Close your eyes and then do this simple exercise in order to become grounded and centered.
