Clients Want Everything Yesterday – How to Deliver?
We live in a results-oriented society. Our clients, like our Managers, want everything yesterday! PCMK™ (Power Coaching® with Mind Kinetics®) is considered an accelerated personal empowerment process because PCMK advocates the flow of energy from point to point along the fastest healing route.
Firstly, in ten minutes or less, using a sophisticated grounding or whole brain process, CLI Power Coaches help their clients find the Real Issue or Real Goal they wish to work on for a given session. Secondly, coaching results are faster since both executive and life coaching clients learn how to self-coach daily between coaching sessions with their Power Coach. The third reason is that the Science of Mind-Kinetics helps the client explore their issue/goal using pentalateral thinking: left brain, right brain, and conscious, subconscious, and super conscious minds and at the end of every session the client walks away with a committed action plan using whole brain thinking! The results are astonishing! Thus, the client will have shifted permanently at a cellular level without worrying about using willpower to make things happen. Willpower coaching has become outdated because it rarely results in permanent positive change for the client.

The CLI Value of ‘Faith’ – Faith Can Move Mountains
Faith is a matter of individual choice. So many feelings get evoked by this one CLI Value in our lives namely, trust, belief, tenets, reliance, religion, doctrine, confidence and dependence. Wow! Let’s simply pick up what Faith CAN DO to our daily life.
From a non-spiritual perspective, having ‘Faith’ means we have made a pledge to ourselves, to believe in ourselves against all odds and in spite of any obstacles, not to be swayed by temptations, easy money or favours. We can move mountains with our faith, courage, and compassion.
In a spiritual context, there is an old saying, “It is not our ‘faith’ in God that moves mountains but our faith in the greatness of God.” Until we are fully enlightened, we often need the hand of a self-realized Teacher who can show us HOW to find that Faith in ourselves. Their work is precious beyond measure.
Leaders who come to CLI’s Executive Coach Certification to learn coaching and mentoring skills in order to better engage their employees, discover (interestingly enough) that before they can be great role models for their employees they must first find their own Faith in themselves.

Universal Law #13: “The Law of Forgiveness” – Key to a More Compassionate and Loving Life
What a beautiful thing it would be if we could forgive ourselves and others for the burdens of perceived wrongs, guilt, judgment, shame, slights, humiliation or sense of depriving what we thought was lawfully ours?
Imagine how light our soul would be!
“Forgive Ourselves: To be able to receive love from others.
“Forgive Others: To be able to give more love to them.”
With forgiveness, we tell others that we no longer hold ourselves or them guilty. We pardon, absolve, condone, and overlook everything that is stopping us from loving our self and others more. We, in effect, join hands with the culprit or the tormentor in a journey of Self-Transformation. We become our own life coach.
All great Teachers invite us to be generous in forgiving ourselves first for the ‘sins’ or ‘mistakes’ made. To err is human and to forgive is divine. It is only by forgiving each other for the vagaries of wars that nations will, one day, no longer go to war.

Universal Law #9: “The Law of Love” – The Key to Human Happiness
This Universal Law is not widely understood. “Major transformation in my life can only come when I truly internalize (learn) the cause of a life challenge including emotions and then eliminate it by bringing ‘love’ to the issue.”
Example, ‘Fred’ had a tough time speaking in public. Through the PCMK™ coaching and mentoring process he learned that the reason he had trouble speaking in public was because he was afraid people would laugh at him. He was afraid that people wouldn’t understand his ideas and therefore he would be embarrassed. Having identified his ‘learning’, we developed brand new positive belief systems which he anchored in his subconscious mind using one of the 40 methods which bring ‘love’ by replacing the negative with a positive.
His new belief? “I, Fred, now speak in public with great ease and confidence because the listeners receive my ideas with excitement and deep understanding.”
Fred would have forever been afraid of speaking in public if he had not completed the ‘learning’ and shifted his subconscious beliefs.

Are you a Victim or Leader?
Victims and Leaders look at life differently. Although everyone is doing the best they can, sometimes people do not realize that they have a choice to be either a victim or a leader. Executive Business Coach Training teaches us that we can remain bruised all our lives, stay in victim mode or heal and become the leading humble stars of tomorrow.
For example, CLI’s “Learning Concept” invites leaders to abandon the notion that we have “problem employees” or “problem managers”. Instead, we engage The Law of Attraction knowing that we attracted the “problem” in order to learn something.
Therefore, while a “problem” situation exists, we refrain from saying that people are a “problem”. The question then becomes, “Hmmm. What is everyone learning here?” The Manager might be learning how to ‘respect’ their people more. The Employee might be learning how to have more faith in their Manager.
If we want a harmonious workplace, there is no room for blame or judgement. Only “learning”.
PS Same goes for the home-front!

Are you Accepting Good Enough?
Are you a Leader who accepts Good Enough?

Whether you wish to improve your professional leadership at work or your personal leadership with your family, we invite you to use CLI’s phenomenal scientific brain game called “The Brain Walk®“ to identify immediate solutions to challenges that are hiding in your subconscious mind.
